Sunny Leone To Play A Superwoman
The actress, along with her husband Daniel Weber, has wrapped up pre-production of their first venture
Sunny Leone and her husband, Daniel Weber, launched their own banner earlier this year. The couple has now wrapped up the pre-production of their first film, a superhero flick with Sunny playing the superwoman.
The duo, who already has a production house in Los Angeles, wants to establish their Bollywood banner as a separate entity. They are focussed on shooting sleek content and developing full-length Bollywood films, the first being the superhero caper.
They are spinning the story from scratch - from the superwoman's back-end story to how she came to possess her powers, like they do in the Marvel cinematic universe.
Sunny and her husband also plan to launch a comic book series revolving around the character. The movie will also have action sequences with plenty of kicking, punching and fighting the bad guys.
The untitled superhero film rolls next month in Mumbai, parts of which will also be shot in the US. Weber too is expected to make a guest appearance in the film.
